Trio of shows to air on ifilm English channel this week

A trio of Iranian shows is slated to begin airing on ifilm’s English TV channel in the coming week.

ifilm English TV has set to air the flick ‘The Sweet Taste of Imagination’ and the series ‘Edge of Darkness’ as well as ‘Right on Time’.

The 2014 movie ‘The Sweet Taste of Imagination’ will air on Saturday at 22:00 GMT, and will be repeated the next day at 04:00, 10:00 and 16:00 (all GMT times).

The production recounts the story of a man so fascinated with protecting the environment that he has dedicated his entire life to it. All he can think of is clean energies and educating others on how to keep the planet safe. This is when he meets a young lady who equally fascinates him.

Meanwhile, ifilm’s ‘Right on Time’ series has been scheduled to go on air from this Sunday.

In the series, Ahmad owns and runs a neighborhood bakery in Tehran with his eldest son. When Ahmad suddenly passes away, he leaves his three adult children scrambling and fighting with each other to get their share of the inheritance.

But when they realize their father’s entire wealth has gone missing, that’s when the trouble really starts.

On Monday, the Iranian series ‘Edge of Darkness’ is scheduled to air on ifilm’s English channel.

Directed by Saeed Soltani, the production details the life of Nasser, who turns to drugs to cope with his loss and gets fired as a consequence, after the death of his wife.
